Where required, embedded content is loaded only after the visitor has provided consent or actively selected the content.

16. Wedding Photographs, Videos and Testimonials

Studio Savannah does not publish identifiable wedding photographs, videos, names, testimonials or private event details for promotional purposes unless an appropriate legal basis exists.

A client’s permission does not replace the photographer’s copyright licence, and a photographer’s permission does not automatically replace the rights of identifiable individuals.

Where a photographer or another rights holder requires attribution, the relevant credit will be displayed next to the content or in an Image Credits section.

Consent may be withdrawn with effect for future digital use.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal and does not necessarily require the recall of printed materials already produced.

These safeguards may include:

  • recognised standard contractual clauses;
  • contractual protections;
  • access restrictions;

In specific cases, an international transfer may also be permitted because:

  • the affected individual has expressly consented;

Absolute security therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Where the relevant processing falls within Spanish jurisdiction, individuals may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

22. EU Representative

Studio Savannah has assessed its processing activities against Article 27 GDPR. Based on the current scale and nature of our processing, which is that of a small business with occasional client enquiries and without large-scale or systematic monitoring of individuals in the European Union, no EU representative has been appointed at this time.

This assessment will be reviewed as the business, its client base and its marketing activities develop, and this section will be updated with a representative’s details if one is appointed.

23. Automated Decision-Making

If this changes, Studio Savannah will provide the information required by applicable law.
