A Personal Approach to Wedding Planning and Design
Welcome to Studio Savannah, my wedding planning and design studio. I’m Eileen Savannah Khaled.
Before founding Studio Savannah, I worked across marketing, events, communication and design, in a range of industries including beauty, professional services, fashion and the automotive industry. That mix still shapes the way I work today: creatively, practically and with a strong sense of how every element connects.
I believe a wedding should feel like the people at the centre of it, rather than a concept imposed on them. I begin by understanding how you want to celebrate, who you are bringing together and what matters most to you. From there, I shape the planning, visual direction and team around your celebration.
My role is to bring structure, clarity and creative direction to the process while keeping the experience personal from beginning to end.
When the day arrives, the planning should fade into the background. You should be able to be fully present with the people you love while I keep every moving part aligned.

I coordinate venues, local suppliers, guest logistics and the flow of the wider celebration, whether you are planning a wedding weekend in Switzerland, a Mediterranean celebration on the Costa Blanca or another destination that matters to you. The aim is to make a complex celebration feel effortless for you and your guests.

I step in ahead of the celebration, review the plans, bring the suppliers together and create a clear timeline for everyone involved. On the day, I oversee the coordination so you can experience your wedding without managing it yourselves.
